PSLE stress!

Really stressed out during this PSLE season. Not as a student, but as tutor (of cos). I had been tutoring my cousin for the past 1 yr. However, these 2 weeks have been massive, intense, last min teachings, with 3 times per week. Really glad to see some SLIGHT improvements in her maths.

What's happier for me was to see my youngest sister finally willing to study again. After all the procastination and skipping school etc for the past 1 yr, she has finally realised the importance of study. Although it might be at a great disadvantage for her due to all the time lost, at least it's good that she gave it a try and worked hard during the final lapse before PSLE. It might not be too late for her as she's still young and PSLE is just another passing phase. What i can do to show my support will be to try my best to teach and clear those common mistakes as much as possible on the day before the paper (it's kind of last min i know but i really hope that i did help her to some degree).

I guessed these 2 weeks are the BUSY and MUGGING periods, not only for the PSLE kids, but many of the uni students are mugging for the various midterms and assignments as well. Remembered that my friend once mentioned that students are actually paying for the stress, whereas he was PAID for the stress at work. Which one sounds more tempting? But we are actually paying for the stress now so that we will be paid for the stress in future. Seems like we got nothing to lose? For those who are happy-go-lucky and have a good way to prevent stress from getting them might actually gain more then?

anyways, all the best to my sister and cousin! really hope they can meet their own expectations for this PSLE.
